You retain ownership of any content you submit, including recipes, photos, and other materials ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content within the App and for promoting the App.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content are owned by or licensed to us. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any part of the App without our express written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations regarding the same.
